Judge Claude Frollo is a fictional character and main villain of the Disney film, Hunchback of Notre-Dame.
He is an influential and powerful Parisian minister and he later on becomes the caretaker of Quasimondo.
He is considered as the most fleshed-out and complex Disney villain since his role drives most of the movie's plot.
